Be part of Chef Thomas Keller’s newest restaurant: Bouchon Bistro Coral Gables! We are now hiring for Commis Chef. Qualified candidates will possess previous kitchen experience in a chef-driven environment and fine dininig cuisine. Dates and times: Weekly on Tuesdays - 12:00pm to 2:00pm Location: Bouchon Bistro

Bouchon Coral Gables is able to seat approximately 160 guests, including forty in a central outdoor courtyard, and thirty in a private dining room. As with the Yountville location, Bouchon showcases authentic, seasonally driven French bistro fare and is set against interiors created by renowned designer Adam D. Tihany. The building is located at the intersection of Alhambra Circle and Galiano Street in Coral Gables.
