 Job Description:  AD/Director Product Management 
 We are looking for an experienced and motivated AD/Director Product Management to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will drive product-level strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on customer needs, and help identify market opportunities to deliver life-changing cancer screening solutions.

 Responsibilities: 
-  Collaborate with cross functional teams, including research, development, data science, quality, and regulatory, as well as external collaborators to develop and execute product roadmaps 
-  Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to inform user needs and product requirements 
-  Develop business cases and create data-driven analyses to support resource allocation and investment decisions 
-  Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform product optimization 
-  Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging and evolving technologies, healthcare trends, and regulatory changes impacting cancer diagnostics 
-  Conduct competitive intelligence activities, including identifying and tracking key competitors, analyzing technologies and portfolios, summarizing earnings calls, and providing insights regarding our competitive positioning 
-  Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and expansion of the diagnostics portfolio 
-  Support engagement with clinical advisors and patient advocacy groups 
-  Support market access, payor engagement activities, as well as pricing strategies 
 Requirements 
-  Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred 
-  Minimum 7 years of product management and/or product marketing experience in cancer diagnostics or a related field 
-  Proven track record of successfully launching and growing diagnostic or screening products in an FDA regulated environment 
-  Familiarity with medical product development process (PDP) and methodology 
-  Strong understanding of cancer biology, diagnostic technologies, and clinical workflows 
-  Excellent communication, strategic thinking, presentation, and project management skills 
-  Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills 
-  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
