Looking to Fill Position of Entry-Level Marketing Associate Full-time - On-site
We are in search of enthusiastic individuals to become part of our team, acting as ambassadors for a well-respected charity dedicated to empowering children in foster care. As an essential representative, you will actively engage in various local events, both indoors and outdoors. Your main responsibility will entail interacting with potential donors, communicating our mission, and establishing meaningful connections. The goal is to optimize fundraising efforts while fostering engaging interactions and building relationships that support our cause.
We seek individuals who excel in interacting with diverse audiences in public settings and possess outstanding interpersonal abilities. While prior experience in roles such as hospitality, sales, customer service, or even as a college student may be advantageous, this entry-level, in-person role does not require prior experience. However, candidates must have their own means of transportation to commute to events.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (age 18+)
- A valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation are essential for this role.
- Comfortable engaging with diverse groups of people throughout the day
- Able to stand for prolonged periods
- Self-motivated and committed to meeting donation targets
- Capable of working outdoors
Ideal Candidates for this Role:
- Servers, individuals with previous customer service experience, or recent college graduates are ideal for this position
- Enjoy being outdoors, in busy areas, at different locations daily
- Proactive and dedicated to raising awareness and vital funds for non-profits

- Thrive on meeting and interacting with new people
Responsibilities:
- Learn about the creation and execution of fundraising campaigns, engaging with our charity partners' message to the community, and providing feedback on results
- Attend weekly team meetings and mandatory training sessions to discuss and set goals, as well as contribute individual feedback to enhance our efforts
- Participate in various in-person events, held indoors and outdoors
- Strive to convert every conversation into a donation for backpacks, bikes, hygiene products, etc.
- Driven and motivated to achieve individual and team goals
Requirements: Driver's license and reliable transportation
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required
Compensation: Commission-based
