Account Executive
Treasury Prime is expanding its sales team to target fintechs/enterprises and traditional platform companies building financial products. Apply for this role if you have a hunter's mentality and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You'll have executive exposure at Treasury Prime, learn about new business models from our fintech and bank clients, and how to build a company directly from a team of serial entrepreneurs.
You will:
Develop inbound and outbound sales strategies to create and nurture opportunities
Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for high-growth fintech companies
Develop account plans for winning and expanding business with high-growth fintech companies
Develop relationships with executive stakeholders at potential fintech clients
Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process
Engage with product and engineering teams to help drive product strategy
You may be a good fit for this role if you:
3+ years of experience (at least 1+ year of closing experience)
Proven track record of sustained new sales success with Fintech or SaaS solutions
Experience in Sandler Sales, SPIN Selling and/or Challenger Sales
Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple products
Ability to develop and execute account plans spanning multiple business units across complex organizations
Strong presentation skills for both virtual and in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders
Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
Strong interest in the intersection of technology and financial services
