We have 6 Procurement Consultant positions open on across different teams- Enterprise Technology, HR & Law, Procurement Strategy.

The Opportunity

Come Join Us! We have a role which will enable you to work with a dynamic and growing Procurement team. As a Procurement Consultant, you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating deals, facilitating sourcing events, and providing directed and independent analytical support for the assigned categories. You will serve as a procurement subject matter expert for your category, partnering across the business and with other procurement functional areas including supplier diversity, and procurement operations. A strong mix of analytic, strategic vision, and communication skills will ensure your success.

The Team

On the MassMutual Procurement team, we have a goal to enable MassMutual’s mission and vision by providing the right supplier solution at the right time. Our mission is to streamline the procurement process, align supplier partners to meet business needs and continuously increase the value provided to our policyholders. We have embarked on an extensive maturity of our procurement operating model with a focus on standardization, implementing industry best practices and reducing supplier spend.

The Impact

This role focuses on being a subject matter expert (SME) to assigned business groups. The Procurement Consultant partners with business leaders/internal procurement group to meet expectations to make sure that all purchases are smart, timely, cost-effective, and aligned with Procurement policies.

Salary Range: $84,100.00-$110,300.00
