Your Impact:
As a Customer Success and Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience with our products. Your responsibilities will include serving as the operational point of contact, advocate, and problem solver. You'll define core processes and touchpoints across the customer journey, utilizing key performance indicators to measure customer health.

What You'll Be Doing:

Collaborating with clients to proactively enhance account health and satisfaction by monitoring key metrics.
Conducting ongoing Voice of the Customer work to identify and quantify product feedback for continuous improvement.
Leading status calls and business reviews to strengthen relationships and align results.
Acting as an escalation point for customer issues and developing customized action plans.
Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
Analyzing customer data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Owning day-to-day product operations, including problem-solving and process definition.
What We're Looking For:

5+ years of account management or customer success experience in a healthcare technology environment.
Project management experience and the ability to troubleshoot and investigate issues.
Detailed understanding of hospital pharmacy operations and terminology.
Experience with inventory management and RFID is a big plus.
Strong aptitude for learning new software concepts and technologies.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Knowledge of CRM tools, such as Salesforce.
