WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Our caregivers work with seniors and others with health challenges in their homes
- Provide companionship, personal care support and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as mobility assistance, meal prep, feeding, laundry, errands, and medication reminders.
- Work from a written plan of care, monitor their health, and document observed changes to our RN Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 18 or older, licensed driver with reliable automobile and proof of insurance
- Registration on California’s Home Care Aide Registry (we can show you how)
- Certified CPR, negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Ability to perform physical tasks: Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull and can lift up to 50 pounds
