Job description

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist - Accounting to join our team. This position requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our accounting department, greeting visitors, and performing various office administrative duties.

Position Overview:

• Answer incoming calls, screen and direct calls, and take detailed messages
• Greet and assist visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate staff
• Coordinate office activities such as meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
• Manage calendars and schedules
• Assist with daily data entry and document preparation
• Maintain accounts receivable/payable ledgers and financial reports
• Assist with reconciliation of accounts and budgeting
• Answer queries from customers and vendors
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of experience in a receptionist or accounting role
• Excellent phone communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of general ledger and financial reports
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
