Retail Account Manager (West Coast)

Job description
We’re looking for a passionate account manager to help us grow our retail presence. This role will focus on supporting our wholesale business by identifying and onboarding new retail partners, managing existing wholesale accounts, leading in-person product knowledge trainings, coordinating new product launches, and spearheading in-person activations to engage our customers and build sales. This individual should thrive on building new relationships, have a “hunter” mentality, and feel confident acting as a brand ambassador for Ursa Major. This is a full-time role based on the West Coast, with a strong preference for LA. This role is considered remote with regional field travel required.
Requirements
- Must be local to the West Coast, ideally LA-based, with a willingness to travel regionally to support existing wholesale accounts and retail expansion
- 3-5 years experience in wholesale account management, preferably in the natural skincare or wellness industry. Existing retail relationships are a plus.
- Experience with NuOrder and NetSuite. Hubspot experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in reporting on account health and identifying sales opportunities and sales trends.
- Exceptional at building and maintaining relationships
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Self-motivated, ability to prioritize and multitask, highly organized and driven individual
- Passion for natural skincare, wellness, and sustainability
- Strong written and verbal communicator; comfortable picking up the phone
