3In-Person Position: Salary or Hourly.
In-Person with a combination of Telehealth available.

• $60,000 +
• $ - Hourly rate available as well.

Job Type:

• Full-time- a minimum of 25-30 clients per week.
• Turn-Key operation: All Referrals handled & placed for you.
• WAVE is bursting with referrals.
• Wave Therapy provides individual, couple, teen, child, and family therapy.
• Referrals are handled for you with 2 full-time assistants.

Salary:

• Salary $60,000+ annually.
• If you should prefer an hourly rate, that option is available as well.

About the job:

• In-person positions are open.
• We currently have 6 locations, 2 in Carlsbad and 1 in Oceanside, 1 in Laguna Hills, and 1 in Mission Valley, 1 in Rancho Bernardo.
• Create your own schedule.
• No need to find your own clients, we have 2 intake coordinators who will provide you with as many clients as you would like. (we are currently turning tons of clients away because we have so many referrals).
• We contract with a company to do our billing. (you do not have to do any billing at all, it is all handled for you).
• We provide you with an easy-to-use electronic health records program.
• We provide clinical support, supervision, collaboration, and education.
• We provide you with training and a mentorship program to help as you get started with your practice.
• We encourage you to find your niche and to service the population you enjoy working with and offer supervision and education to support your growth.
• We welcome newly licensed and seasoned Therapists.

Responsibilities:

• Provide caring, compassionate, quality therapy to clients.
• Scheduling your own clients and inputting the necessary information and documentation.
• Timely completion of progress notes, initial assessments, treatment plans, charge forms, and other case records. (electronic, simple, fast, and easy to use).
• Attend weekly consultation groups/staff meetings.

Requirements:

• LMFT, LPCC., Licensed Psychologist, Psy D or Ph.D. licensed to practice in the state of California.
• Experience in private practice is preferred but not required. If you have the clinical skills we will teach you what you need to know to be successful in a private practice setting.
• Compassion, communication skills, and the desire to work as a member of a team.
• Attend paid weekly staff meetings with a collaborative group for supervision, consultation, education, and training.
