Promise is seeking an experienced (3 years minimum) Advanced Practice C linician . Certification as a Physician's Assistant (completion of PA Program) or Nurse Practitioner (MSN or higher degree) is required. Must be c urrently licensed to practice in the State of Illinois or eligible for license in Illinois . DEA required.

We have clinics on Bloomington Road, Neil Street in Champaign, a s chool-based clinic in Urbana, and Wabash St., Rantoul. Our facilities are designated Health Professional Shortage Area s (HPSA s ) that qualif y for federal loan repayment programs as well as the IDPH loan repayment program . Competitive compensation with signing bonus/relocation stipend and loan repayment potential.

Practice opportunity details include:

• Candidate type: NP/PA
• 100% outpatient; Monday-Friday schedule
• Call is approximately 1:8 telephone only (varies with the number of providers)
• Team-based care : Medical team includes a team of eight ( physicians , NPs and PAs)
• Integrated care with Dental, Behavioral Health and Psychiatry
• Paid malpractice with 100% tail insurance covered through the Federal Torts Claims Act (FTCA)
• $2,500 CME ($2,800 with DEA) and 40 hours per year for full-tim e position
• 7 paid holidays
• Approximately 31 days of combined vacation and sick leave (Earned time off ETO). ETO exchange allows for cash-out of unused ETO.
