Job description
The Systems Developer/Administrator is responsible for installation, maintenance, support and monitoring of enterprise applications used throughout the College. Specifically, the position partners with team members to manage: security and access to the ERP system, applications used for IAM (Identity & Access Management), departmental reporting support, and support of iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) integrations.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in information systems, computer science, or closely related IT field OR or at least five years of progressive responsibility managing systems such as described.
Two years’ experience with enterprise-wide software applications development and maintenance, preferably in higher education.
Experience implementing and improving systems, making sure established protocols and procedures are followed.
Documentation expertise including documenting systems administration practices and processes (testing, upgrades/modifications, issue/problem resolution).
Excellent organization skills and ability to set priorities and keep to deadlines.
Ability to work independently on multiple assignments and to work collaboratively within a team.
Thorough understanding of how technology enables a college’s mission.
