Position Overview: The Apartment Maintenance Service Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our property. Reporting to the Community Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of maintenance tasks, including service requests, pool care, landscaping, grounds care, and preventive maintenance. This role is designated as a "Safety Sensitive Position," requiring full skills and judgment to execute tasks safely.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all maintenance tasks on the property, including service requests, pool care, landscaping, and grounds care.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the long-term integrity of the property.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance issues.
• Adhere to our 24-hour routine maintenance guarantee by being available for on-call duty.
• Uphold safety standards and practices to create a secure environment for residents and team members.

Qualifications:

• HVAC or EPA certification preferred.
• Pool operation and maintenance experience is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC troubleshooting and repairs.
• Ability to lift objects up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and reaching overhead.
