We are seeking Full Time Office Assistant/Data Entry person for a Youth Program in Hartford, CT


***Position starts now thru June 2024****



HOURS & COMPENSATION

• Monday through Friday: 8am-4pm
• $17.27/hr

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
" Enter and manage data platforms
" Schedule quarterly Service Strategy reports in ETO and CTHires
" Collect and submit bi-weekly timesheets from all youth in paid work experience to Operations Coordinator
" Track paid work experience hours weekly in ETO for all youth
" Track youth stipends and cash incentives and report them to operations coordinator and CWP
" Assist with field trips and shadowing experiences for youth in specific career paths
" Seek and attend recruitment activities at area high schools
" Help support students in obtaining services and assistance.
" Conduct weekly check-ins with youth to ascertain supports needed and report to those needs to coordinator
" Report to coordinator through weekly meetings and email communications regarding youth progress and updates

" Ability to understand, apply and use Microsoft Office products.
" Ability to work with diverse group of individuals.
" Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
" Effective writing and verbal communications skills.
" Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
" Ability to problem solve job related issues.
