Position: Process Engineer
Location: Fort Wayne, IN Area
Compensation: Base Salary $80,000-$90,000 + Annual Bonus
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Position Summary: As a Process/Validation Engineer, you will be the primary process engineer responsible for operations, process development, engineering, and validations. You'll lead projects, drive continuous improvements, and ensure compliance with customer requirements. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary process engineer for various operations, troubleshooting issues, and improving reliability, quality, and cost.
- Lead the development and execution of new Capital Projects, forming and leading project teams, and ensuring successful startup.
- Identify and implement non-capital related continuous improvements in areas like Safety, Quality, and Reliability.
- Manage the MOC (Management of Change) process and associated documentation.
- Design, lead, and perform validation work for processing equipment and methods using IQ / OQ / PQ methodology.
- Oversee the installation of new equipment, including physical installation, contractor management, safety compliance, and documentation.
- Lead efforts to eliminate quality issues on site using tools like Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why, Process FMEA’s, and SPC analysis.
- Act as an interface with customers on process validation and qualification efforts, explaining validation documentation and improving validation knowledge among employees.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of engineering and project management experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why, SPC Analysis, and process and design FMEA’S.
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification.
