The Proposal Marketing Assistant will assist in the preparation of winning proposals. This role will work with the Proposal Specialist to help create Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Qualifications (RFQs), and Requests for Information (RFIs) ensuring the on-time delivery of compelling, compliant, and well-written proposals.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Proposal Specialist in conducting research, gathering information, writing proposals, and reports
• Analyze RFQs, RFPS, and RFIs to create proposal outlines
• Attend meetings and effectively communicate with every GFY department (engineering, survey, utilities, and administration)
• Monitor proposal content to ensure compliance to RFP, RFQ, RFI requirements, evaluation criteria, and technical requirements
• Monitor for relevant competitive procurement opportunities
• Update and help maintain the proposal board and calendar
• Assist with special projects and content development
• Contribute to GFY's strategic growth in alignment with quarterly and yearly objectives
• Undertake any other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in supporting the Marketing Team

Experience and Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a similar discipline
• 1-2 years of experience in the proposal process or working for an AEC firm
• Familiarity with FDOT and SF330 submittals is a plus
• Familiarity with Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat) and Microsoft Office Suite (GFY is a PC-based company)
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle simultaneous, varied assignments while providing a consistent level of quality and accuracy
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Experience with Pipedrive or another CRM tool is a plus
