Salary: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new commercial insurance opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.

Consultative Selling: Analyze clients' insurance needs, provide expert advice, and present customized insurance solutions to help businesses mitigate risk and protect their assets.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services and fostering long-term partnerships.

Negotiation and Closing: Prepare and present insurance proposals, negotiate terms and conditions, and close sales to achieve revenue targets.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging risks to identify opportunities for business growth.

Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, prepare insurance applications, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Insurance License: Must hold a valid property and casualty insurance license in the state of Washington.

Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in the insurance industry, preferably in commercial insurance.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and present insurance solutions.

Business Acumen: Solid understanding of commercial insurance products, coverage types, and risk management principles.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, set goals, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Customer-Service Oriented: A client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

Professionalism: Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior in all business interactions.
