Job Description:
We're on the lookout for a skilled and seasoned PeopleSoft HCM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge and practical experience with the PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) module. As a PeopleSoft HCM Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in configuring, implementing, and maintaining the PeopleSoft HCM system to fulfill our organization's HR requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to grasp business needs concerning human capital management processes.
- Customize and tailor the PeopleSoft HCM module to align seamlessly with organizational policies and procedures.
- Integrate new features and functionalities within the PeopleSoft HCM system to meet evolving business demands.
- Conduct thorough system testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of PeopleSoft HCM processes.
- Provide comprehensive end-user support and training on the functionality and usage of the PeopleSoft HCM system.
- Address and resolve issues related to the PeopleSoft HCM module, including data discrepancies and system errors.
- Stay abreast of PeopleSoft HCM updates, patches, and new releases, implementing them as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PeopleSoft HCM with other HR systems and applications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft PeopleTools, including Application Designer, PeopleCode, and Component Interface.
- Strong understanding of human capital management processes, encompassing employee lifecycle management, payroll, benefits administration, and talent management.
- Experience with PeopleSoft HCM upgrades, patches, and system integrations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
