Title : Director of FP&A

Company Summary : We are currently partnered with a leading women's health services of OBGYN providers looking to add on a Director of M&A to their team. This Director of FP&A will sit in Detroit, Michigan and work directly with the CEO, CFO and VP of Finance to serve as a strategic partner being involved in modeling, data trends as well as driving cost savings for the operational growth of the company.

The Director of FP&A will be responsible for:

• Develop financial models and reporting to identify opportunities for growth or cost savings
• Accurately create and utilize financial models to make informed decisions in regards to budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation as well as strategic planning
• Assist and work directly with the CFO in annual budget processes, making sure they align with the companies growth initiatives and strategies

The Director of M&A will have the following qualifications:

• 8+ years of FP&A experience
• Healthcare services experience
• MBA or Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields.
