Job description
Assistant Manager (must be at least 18+)
· Base pay starting at $13-15 + tips DOE
Responsibilities
· You understand how things work at Dirty Dough and you train and make sure new team members are onboarded smoothly (scheduling training and uniforms, etc.)
· Giving and taking direction, you are great at working in a team, you are honest
· Manage inventory
· Place weekly Sysco and toppings order
· Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
· Prepare shift schedules
· Communicate problems effectively with the director of operations
· Flexible work availability
· Monthly meeting with owner(s)
· Monthly meetings with team members
Requirements and skills
· Excellent communication and team management abilities
· Excellent customer service skills
· Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels
· Availability to work 30+ hours per week
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Ability to lift 50 lbs
· Familiarity with restaurant management software, i.e. Toast
· Good math and reporting skills
· Prior experience in the food service industry
· Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints
· Reliable transportation
· Work experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar role in the hospitality business is helpul
