We are a San Diego area Vertical and Horizontal General Contractor who primarily builds and contracts with Military and Federal agencies. Our work is throughout the Western States and due to increased demand for our services, we are in need of hiring a talented Project Manager. So if those values align with your own, we want to hear from you!You will manage multiple projects from estimate through competition. You will maintain client, subcontractor and vendor relations. You will control and direct project performance from administration, contracts, costs, communication, schedule, QC, safety, production, changes, technical compliance and invoicing. Position may require you to manage one or more projects concurrently at multiple government facilities throughout California, AZ, NV, UT.
8+ Years of Federal Construction Project Manager Experience as well as:
- Large Vertical Building Construction
- Large Renovation Experience
- Experience working with USACE, NAVFAC and USAF
- Expertise in reading and interpreting project plans and specifications
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other computer skills
Salary Range: $130k - $170k
