Corporate Administrator – The Woodlands, TX/onsite
Salary: $18-$20/hr, based on experience and comprehensive benefits
Job Summary Our client is seeking a proactive and highly motivated Corporate Administrator to join our team. The Corporate Admin will be responsible for assisting with purchasing, accounting, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, a strong desire to learn, excellent problem-solving abilities, and ability to multitask. Reports directly to HR Supervisor with an indirect reporting relationship to the purchasing and accounting departments.
Essential Job Responsibilities - Receive purchase orders based on daily and monthly receipt metrics.
- Collaborating with Project Managers and Operations Teams to get updates on open orders.
- Work with A/P Department to address pending invoices.
- Lead the Concur Travel program for all travel activities.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing Manger on purchasing tasks and processes.
- Contact supplier for information regarding Purchase Orders and Delivery Tickets.
- Manage Enterprise Fleet Program in coordination with the Purchasing Manager.
- Create and update open purchase orders report daily to provide visibility on status of orders.
- Update and manage receiving and open purchase order metric formulate excel sheet.
- Manage new vendor creation, including application of credit limit, and MSA follow-up.
- Ensure MSA is in place before entering supplier into system.
- Purchase, receive, and stock corporate office supplies in coordination with the HR Admin
- Catch-all for company incoming phone calls for the corporate office.
- Key individual for new employee credit card setup and managing corporate card program.
- Responsible for communication and follow-up with vendors.
- Assist with special accounting projects as assigned.
- Setup meetings and travel for executive management team.
- Greet visitor to the corporate office and set up office for meetings and other key events.
- Assisting with company events and travel.
- Special projects as assigned by HR Supervisor or executive management team.
Other Job Responsibilities - Maintain employee confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Support the Company’s vision and mission.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree.
- Prior experience in accounting or purchasing, or related internships/courses in school.
- Legal assistant background highly preferred.
- Experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
