Job Description
Colla Born Wise Beauty Salon is currently seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier. As a key member of our salon, the Cashier will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth transactions, excellent customer service, and overall operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Assist customers in understanding salon services, pricing, and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Cash Handling:
- Process customer transactions accurately using the salon's point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and electronic payments securely.
- Provide customers with receipts and ensure transaction records are accurate.
Appointment Scheduling:
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating with salon staff.
- Manage and update the appointment calendar as needed.
Maintaining Cleanliness:
- Keep the cashier area clean and organized.
- Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the salon.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with salon staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with other team members to address any issues or concerns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
