The OpportunityWe are looking for a dedicated, creative, and tech-savvy aspiring Digital Marketer to join our team as
Event Marketing Associate, assisting in the promotion and production of our global ISMG event series. Your work will be quintessential in ensuring the success of our events as you support our Event Management team, helping to streamline operations and drive efficiencies.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Event Management team & Inbound Marketing Manager.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and present insights to both internal teams and stakeholders, focusing on key indicators such as open rates, click-through rates, subject line effectiveness, and UTM attribution.
- Manage the ISMG Events Website, including the creation of Event Landing Pages featuring essential elements like videos, agendas, sponsors, and registration forms.
- Coordinate across departments, working with Speaker Recruitment, Design, and Events Teams to ensure accurate content presentation on Event Landing Pages.
- Take the lead in establishing a comprehensive planning timeline to enhance the global team's event website.
- Develop Virtual Events within the designated platform, vFairs, and establish registration streams for all events.
- Own the ISMG Connect Community (Slack network for event attendees)& execute strategies to boost member engagement while managing the content calendar.
- Handle event confirmation procedures for registered attendees, including email communications and calendar scheduling for US/EMEA Events.
- Arrange travel accommodations for Event Speakers, managing flight and hotel bookings.
- Provide support to Speakers and Sponsors in preparing for events, including registration assistance, calendar invitations, and scheduling on-site editorial interviews.
- Manage the events inbox and address inbound inquiries as required.
- Support sponsor management initiatives by preparing event presentations and organizing the Run of Show for on-site audiovisual team coordination.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging marketing technologies/techniques, and share insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, events, public relations, communications, or other related fields.
- Entry level experience in marketing, events, or related industries.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with experience in creating content and copy across various channels.
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing tactics and delivery channels.
- Tech savvy – experience with WordPress is highly preferred.
- Graphic design skills & experience building land pages are a plus.
- Knowledge of website analytics tools and experience analyzing data.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
- A desire to learn and grow within the marketing, events, and/or cybersecurity fields.
