Collaborating Psychiatrist (MD/DO) - Part-Time

We are currently seeking a Part-Time designated Collaborating Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to consult with 1-4 Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners. This generally requires five or fewer hours of commitment per month. Our office is located in Chesapeake, Virginia.
Virtual/Remote Position Compensation: - Hourly service model
- Employees can earn $1300.00 - $1500.00 monthly.
Requirements: - Psychiatrist (MD/DO) in the state of Virginia
- Availability: 1 hour per month for a virtual meeting with the PMHNPs
- Perform approximately 5-10 chart reviews for non-physician providers every month.
- Available between meetings for non-urgent consultation and collaboration on complex cases
- Demonstrated history of professional growth and development.
- Good technology skills to navigate video teleconferencing, text messaging, etc.

- No direct clinical care required (no signing charts, prescribing medicine, writing reports)
Beneficial Skills & Experience: - one year of outpatient private practice experience
- Desire to serve and support the community, excellent communication, organization & time management skills - strongly preferred
