Summary::

Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, the Director, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for the full life cycle recruitment process, attracting and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and success. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, growing team and contribute to shaping our company's culture and help shape HR programs/process. Responsible for driving the recruiting strategy and hiring outcomes for the company, we are looking for a leader who thrives when working on recruiting initiatives leading to improved candidate experience and employee engagement. We are looking for an outstanding communicator, someone who can think creatively with a keen ability to gain stakeholder alignment.

Vera Therapeutics is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices, and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive. For this role, the anticipated base pay range is $220,000 - $241,000. The exact base pay offered for this role will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s geography, qualifications, skills, and experience.

At Vera, base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate will be eligible for an annual performance incentive bonus, new hire equity, and ongoing performance-based equity. Vera Therapeutics also offers various benefits offerings, including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k match, flexible time off, and a number of paid holidays.
