ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client, an Am Law 100 firm in Atlanta, seeks a mid-level lending associate with syndicated and middle-market lending transactions. Experience representing both lenders and borrowers in workouts is preferred.

ABOUT THE ROLE The ideal candidate should possess:
- 4+ years of finance experience representing both lenders and borrowers in workouts
- Experience with syndicated lending transactions, and middle market lending transactions with some experience with Article 9 of the UCC
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and writing skills are essential, along with the ability to lead transactional documentation and closings independently.
- Georgia bar membership is preferred, with a requirement for membership within one year of joining the firm.

hybrid work arrangement. COMPENSATION This firm's salary range is based on the Cravath pay scale with f
irst-year associates starting at 225K . This is among the highest-paying associate scale in this region.
