If you are a 3+yr QA & Audit Support Engineer with experience communicating with clients and coordinating support with the engineering team, please read on!
- 3+yrs Quality Assurance
- Backend server API testing (with tools like Postman)
- Mobile application testing
- Web application testing
- Client Communication (ability to meet with client, understand issues in the software, and coordinate support with internal engineering team)
- Test Plans
- Troubleshoot
- Quality assurance (reproduce issues, access initial issue diagnosis, coordination with multiple teams)
- Level one support
- You will be the primary contact between the test group and the engineering teams
- Analyze requirements, clarify design dependencies, create test plans, support documentation for technical accuracy
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during testing and production
- Identify and solve issues before launch
