Windom Area Health (WAH) is an 18-bed Critical Access Hospital located in Windom, MN. The hospital serves Windom, Mt. Lake and the surrounding areas. Windom Area Health provides specialty outreach services on a regular basis including cardiology, hematology/oncology, podiatry, general surgery, orthopedics, ophthalmology, pulmonology, urology and occupational/speech/physical therapies. Emergency room, laboratory and imaging services are also available 24 hours a day.

Our mission is “Dedicated to Health”, which directs our decision making and services on a daily basis. We have a management agreement with Sanford Health and are owned by the City of Windom.

Pay Range: $24.45 - $36.67 per hour

Full Time:  M-F 

Location: Windom, MN   *not a remote position

Are you a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for healthcare marketing? Windom Area Health is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Marketing professional. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing communications strategies to promote our services and engage with our community.

Windom Area Health is seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to promote WAH services and to serve as a liaison with the surrounding communities. Primary responsibilities include creating and carrying out promotional campaigns for service lines, managing promo item ordering, supporting internal needs for materials and signage, graphic design, and serving as an effective content writer. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design or related field required. Experience with graphic design, including Canva and Adobe InDesign required. Superior written and verbal communication skills required. The position will work 40 hours per week, and may include some weekend and evening hours as required. Eligible for full-time benefits!
