For more than 20 years, the GGSC has translated research findings into freely available resources that support well-being for all. Led by world-renowned experts in positive psychology, we create articles, podcast episodes, online courses, and practical toolkits to help everyone live a happier, more meaningful life.

Since its founding, our Center has highlighted the importance of building social connection across groups, offering practical strategies for overcoming bias and prejudice, expanding one's circle of care, and promoting diversity, inclusion, and belonging. We serve local, national, and global communities and our reach is expanding to reach millions of people worldwide.

The GGSC's organizational culture prioritizes independence, rigor, and the well-being of its members. Staff members enjoy autonomy and flexibility while working in a culture that encourages teamwork, connection, and collaboration.
