- Full-time: W2 - $577,000, 7-weeks PTO
- PC - $577,000, 45 weeks of service
- $10,000 relocation allowance
- $20,000 commencement bonus
- W2 or PC (1099) options

Opportunity Details - St. Bernardine Medical Center | San Bernadino, CA
- 10 ORs + 2 OBs | 427 beds | L2
- Starts 7 am to 5 pm and/or 7 am to 7 pm
- 10s, 12s, 24s available
- MDs work their own cases with collaborative approach to CRNAs
- 1,055 births/year
- 7,388 cases | general, ortho, urology, | hearts, heads, trauma, neuro, peds | + OB (100 deliveries a month)
- Call 1 to 2 times a week/post call off

Requirements of the Anesthesiologist - Active state license | DEA | State CDS
- Board certification required
- ACLS | PALS | BLS
