Role Description:
Java Application Support and issue TroubleshootingInvestigation and handling of issues escalated to L1, L2 supportBug fixes for production issuesReview Splunk logs and application container logs, create splunk queries, alerts, dashboardEscalate and Co-ordinate with other teams in case of application abnormalities and failuresMonitored ticket tracking tool for SR, Incidents, Problem management and maintain the SLA process.Ensure analysis of technical issues and their resolutions be performed as per best practices committed to the clientRotation based On-call support, sometimes on weekendKey Qualifications:Hands-on programming experience in Java based web application, Java, JEE, Spring framework, RESTful ServicesStrong Knowledge of Splunk, analytical, debugging and troubleshooting skillsProficiency in database systems including Oracle, Cassandra, other NOSQL technologiesProduction Support Experience, Monitoring tools, On-call supportExcellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
