East San Rafael Veterinary Clinic is hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our amazing team!
Schedule: Flexible candidates available 7:30am to 6:00pm (Including two Saturdays a month required*).
You will be responsible for checking-in/charging-out clients, answering multi-line telephones, scheduling appointments, cleaning exam rooms, dispensing medication, filing medical records as well as handling dogs and cats.
Our ideal candidate is someone with previous veterinary/medical front office experience, exceptional customer service skills, organized, detail-oriented, has an exceptional ability to multitask and loves animals!

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an hourly pay rate starting at $19 - $24 / hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
