- Worksite Location: Fargo, ND
What you will do as an Accountant and AP Specialist: - Process accounts payable transactions and prepare payment documentation
- Process approved purchase orders and record sales tax as applicable
- Collaborate with Accounting Leadership on transaction recording to the general ledger
- Manage document retention digitally, on-site, and off-site
- Assist with accounting month-end and year-end tasks
- Acts as the backup for incoming company phone calls
What you will bring to the role as an Accountant and AP Specialist: - 2+ year degree in Accounting
- 2+ years of related experience
- Good writing and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
