Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000

Sabio Systems is seeking a skilled Payroll Manager for one of our esteemed clients to oversee our payroll operations in Albuquerque, NM.

Position Overview:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Manager to lead our team in accurately processing payroll and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities for the Payroll Manager :

- Lead payroll processing and supervise a small team.

- Manage end-to-end payroll procedures, including data entry and payment distribution.

- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

- Prepare payroll reports and analysis for management review.

- Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.

- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications for the Payroll Manager:

- 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration, with supervisory experience.

- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
