Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to our policyholders, addressing their inquiries and requests promptly and accurately.

Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies, explaining coverage details, and answering any questions they may have.

Process policy changes, endorsements, and claims with attention to detail and accuracy.

Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Build and maintain relationships with our policyholders, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

Licensed Agent: Must have a valid insurance license in Michigan.

Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively assist and support customers.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policy management and customer assistance.

Problem-Solving: Ability to effectively identify and resolve customer issues and concerns.
