Job description
Responsible for developing Shipping/Receiving documents as required for shipments and/or receipts, timely ASN entry, timely receipt entry, and updating customer portals, Container Management and FG/Component Warehouse Management (FIFO)
· Follow all work and safety instructions for all assigned operations

· Operate assigned mobile equipment, including fork trucks/tuggers safely and with due consideration to pedestrians and safety regulations
· Ensure completion of the necessary documentation: Forklift Checklist/Circle Check prior to and after shift end by Team Members
· Develop bill of ladings for shipment, enter/scan required data into ERP system
· Ensure bill of ladings are accurate for shipment per required customer ship schedule (EDI 862)
· Enter/scan receipts into ERP system in a timely manner, notate any discrepancies and follow shipping/receiving discrepancy process
· Send ASN's in a timely manner per customer requirements
· Answer shortage tickets in customer portals at required window times
· Assist with forklift operations as business needs require
· Perform regular inspection/maintenance and safety checks on all related equipment as required (Forktrucks, Dock Locks, Dock Plates, etc.)
Abide by all Company policies including, but not limited to Health & Safety, Quality & Environmental Systems, HR policies and Martinrea Employee Handbook
Both office setting and production environment
Constant communication with employees
Overtime as required
Ability to work on computer for long periods of time
Ability to be present on the production floor daily
Must work in accordance with H&S regulations, Company and plant rules, policies and procedures
Must use or wear PPE and certain clothing as required by the Company
