Roberts Printing Company is a locally owned printing company, established in 1946. We have been serving Georgetown, TX with excellent printing, signs, graphics, and design services for over 70 years.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sign Manager who possesses expertise in utilizing SAi Flexi, Onyx Thrive and Adobe software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in print and sign production management, exceptional leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage sign production workflows, ensure quality standards are met, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations for the sign department.
- Coordinate production schedules to meet client deadlines and optimize efficiency.
- Manage and supervise sign department staff, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and standards throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to prioritize orders and address customer inquiries.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to replenish supplies as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in printing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sign Manager in a printing environment.
- Knowledge of SAi Flexi, Adobe & Onyx Thrive software
- Strong technical knowledge of printing equipment, processes, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a production setting.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
