Job description
Rock Hill Ford is looking for a passionate team member who wants to deliver a high level of service to our customers, while growing their career. The Quick Lane Manager directs and performs all the administrative functions of the Quick Lane. Operates facility in accordance with all company policies and requirements. Supervises and monitors all work within the Quick Lane. Ensures that work is performed in a professional manner and that all work meets customer expectations.

Responsibilities* Manage Quick Lane Advisors and Technicians
- Selection, onboarding and scheduling of team members
- Training, coaching, mentoring, counseling
- Foster a positive team atmosphere with other departments
- Resolve team member concerns in a prompt and effective manner
- Be approachable and enhance communication using active listening techniques with team members and customers
- Conduct regular meetings with department to discuss topics, opportunities and concerns
- Dispatch responsibilities to team members to ensure deadlines are met
