Job description

An established and reputable company is looking for an experienced Senior Estimator/Preconstruction Manager to add to their team. They specialize in office, industrial, cold-storage and commercial projects.   This passionate company values excellence and enthusiasm. They have a competitive compensation package and a strong culture that values their people. This individual will be responsible for helping to lead and manage a team.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for the overall estimate completeness/accuracy and control of the project budget.
• Conceptual and hard-bid estimating, quantity take-offs, material, and subcontractor pricing to assist with owner/architect collaboration 
• Approve project proposals/bid packages prior to presentation
• Provide leadership and oversight of work with clients in the pursuit of new projects and conceptually prepare rough budgets for repeat clients

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience with a General Contractor 
• Experience on ground up industrial/warehouse projects is required
• Experience in commercial construction
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• Experience in Conceptual, Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction document budgets and estimates
• Estimating software knowledge preferred to include MCiC, OnCenter, Timberline, PlanGrid, Revit/BlueBeam
