The ideal candidate will live in the vicinity of Mentor, OH or Chicagoland suburbs. 

The Senior Vice President of National Sales will support the growth of the Stratus businesses from $400MM in 2023 to $700MM by 2026, a 30% year over year CAGR. Across all vertical end markets (retail, healthcare, financial, telecommunications, petroleum & convenience, restaurant, non-retail financial institutions, grocery, entertainment, property management and commercial & industrial), you will implement best practices across lead generation and activity tracking for the sales organization.

Working in partnership with Strategy and Marketing as well as Customer Success teams, in this role, the SVP National Sales will oversee and transform the sales leadership. We are looking for a hungry sales driver who has implemented formal sales processes across a growing/proven sales organization, to add structure and help continue to raise the bar, by driving change.

• Previous experience in a leadership role in a structured sales organization.
• Strong knowledge in any of the key verticals is a plus; but not required
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Creative solution-based approach, not afraid of speaking up
• Preferably based in Cleveland or Chicago, where Stratus has large collaborative offices
• Willing to travel 50-60% of the time to customer visits, to help close important deals and to support the team 
• Experience at a publicly traded or PE owned company is a plus, as company growth and understanding to report metered data/KPIs is a focus
• Must be able to adapt to changing needs and make quick, accurate decisions
