We’re hiring an Accounting and Receptionist Assistant for our Houston TX client!  We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately! 

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB: 

• Job Title: Accounting and Receptionist Assistant 
• Location: Northwest Houston, TX 
• Pay: $15
• Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm 
• Duration: Temp to Hire
• Description of Duties: Prepare monthly invoices, enter work orders, and answer company and executive phones daily. 
• Requirements: 1-2 years' experience as a billing or accounting clerk with advanced Microsoft Word and Excel software skills. This role requires advanced data entry 10- key by touch and alpha numeric data entry.
