Wholesale Account Executive, Commercial Mortgage

Wilshire Finance Partners is a direct, portfolio lender and the manager of several real estate funds. Because we close loans using our money, we have created a great funding platform for our borrowers and loan officers.

We're looking for experienced loan officers who are financially motivated, driven to succeed and want to be part of a growing organization.

• Self-motivated and energetic - driven to grow your business
• Track record of closing loans
• Excellent sales and business development skills
• History of meeting and beating sales goals
• Experience with commercial mortgage lending highly desired; however, we will train the right candidate with wholesale mortgage sales experience
• Ability to quickly learn, adapt to, and apply new information and processes
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Bachelors degree
• California Real Estate License in Good Standing

This position is based in our Irvine, California offices. This is not a remote position.
