Position Overview
We're seeking a dynamic Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for designated business units. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll provide insights to senior management and contribute to strategic decision-making.
What you'll do:
Collaborate with Senior Business Partners to streamline the headcount procurement process.
Develop and maintain labor headcount and financial models.
Assist in preparing annual operating budgets and monthly forecasts.
Analyze variances and present findings to finance leaders and business partners.
Conduct ad hoc analyses and financial modeling as needed.
What you bring:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; advanced degree preferred.
3-5 years of corporate finance experience, ideally in a public company setting.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling software a plus.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
