Responsibilities

• You are an experienced agent with a book of business who loves real estate but is tired of dealing with the minutia of running a successful real estate practice.

• You have seen reductions in your business this past year and are looking for better ways to rebuild your business or formulate an exit strategy.

• You are looking for ways to cut expenses and love the idea of someone else paying for your E&O Insurance, admin, desk fees, technology, advertising, lead generation, staging, photos, coaching and more.

• You love the idea of personal accountability and access to coaching by leading professionals – you thrive on coaching and accountability.

• You are fascinated by the possibility of having direct access to some of the greatest real estate minds in the world.

• You are a leveraged agent looking to explore how to continue to build your business working less hours.

• You need a wraparound technology system that will actually work.

• You are intrigued by the idea of being a part of a dynamic mission-driven, fun-loving, forward-focused team.

Qualifications

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Proficiency in basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
  6. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  7. Passion for real estate and a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
