This exciting opportunity lets you work from the comfort of your own home while earning a competitive base salary of $90,000 with a bonus opportunity of $20,000. Additionally, you enjoy benefits such as medical and dental coverage available at cost, a $250 referral bonus, vacation time, the opportunity to earn a team bonus every two weeks, your birthday off of work, and 2 weeks of PTO plus 3 additional holidays .

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As the remote Operations Manager, your role involves leading the operations functions for a multi-unit franchisee. You oversee a team of 4-6 direct reports who serve as Area Leaders responsible for managing over 100 company locations. Collaboration is crucial in this position. You work closely with four other business functions - HR, marketing, finance, and support - to ensure seamless operations across the board. Reporting directly to the President, you are accountable for delivering top-notch service to meet revenue goals and drive the continued success of Yellowhammer Salon.
This full-time remote position generally operates from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with an additional expectation of 5% annual travel .
