It is nice to understand from this perspective. If a PMT can understand that it will be really beneficial and useful 15 years of experience would be a little overqualified because they might lose interest in the role but will leave it up to your discretion. 7-8 years of experience would be really good. The team is growing and will grow more Payments background is a nice to have skill but wouldn t stress upon it as long as they can understand the interdependencies and act quickly to bridge the gap.
