What you'll do...
Business Strategy & Communication
- Supporting strategic business initiatives by working with teams across the business to add new value; ensuring the execution of initiatives; and providing updates to leadership.
- Ensuring business needs are met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Supporting the execution of key initiatives by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers; and partnering closely with the business to ensure strategic initiatives deliver the greatest amount of value.
- Prepares documentation (e.g., Power Point, Word, excel) to communicate strategic recommendations based on research and data analysis. Supports the implementation of process, systems, and tool solutions by building relationships & partnerships with key business stakeholders.
Program Management
- Lead the development and implementation of program plans for the release of a new product to users, including defining project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of the new product, including managing project schedules, risks, and dependencies.
- Monitor program progress and identify opportunities for improvement to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and with high quality.
- Collaborate with business partners to identify and define new business processes and develop strategies to effectively implement the new product to support these processes.
- Develop and implement change management plans to ensure successful adoption of the new product and associated business processes by users.
- Identify and analyze business trends and opportunities related to the new product and associated business processes and make recommendations to senior leadership on areas for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address issues that may impact program success or business growth.
- Communicate program and business strategies effectively to all stakeholders, including senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies related to program management and business strategy.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant materials.
- Monitor and report on program and business performance metrics to track progress against goals and identify areas for improvement.

- Have experience analyzing and solving business problems, does not have to be retail-related
- Have experience working on large, high visibility programs spanning multiple part of an organization
- Have a structured and organized approach to drive programs & expected outcomes with minimal direction
- Have excellent analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills
- Have high curiosity and ownership to learn and deep dive in problems
- Prior experience in retail and ecommerce is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication , or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in program management, business strategy, or related field.
- Experience managing complex projects and programs from inception to delivery, with demonstrated success in meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate program and business strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or other relevant graduate degree
- At least 6 years of experience in program management, business strategy, or related field.
