What You Will Do

As the IT Help Desk Support and Lighting Team Office Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in a dynamic work environment balancing technology help desk support administration for the Outdoor Lighting Department and general office tasks. This role located in our beautiful Centennial Colorado office includes coordinating technology setup for new hires managing service tickets troubleshooting technology issues and overseeing the administration of the Outdoor Lighting Department from directing leads to preparing contracts and maintaining billing records. Additionally you will handle general office administration tasks including providing backup assistance to the receptionist and contributing to various projects. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities making each day both challenging and impactful.

Key Points

• Coordinate technology setup for new hires provide ongoing IT support for existing team.
• Oversee the service ticket process and troubleshoot technology issues companywide.
• Direct leads and manage administration for the Outdoor Lighting Department.
• Handle general office tasks and provide backup assistance as needed.

Requirements

• Valid driver license and acceptable MVR preferred.
• Three (3) to five (5) Technology experience assisting IT.
• One (1) to three (3) years Administrative Experience.
• High school diploma.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Intermediate understanding of technology applications.
• Familiar with installing printers computers and technology applications.
• Client management.
• Willingness to help in a variety of programs and tasks.
