Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, possesses excellent communication skills, and is adept at providing administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through our product offerings.
- Utilize strong sales techniques to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
- Follow up on sales leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential customers using CRM.
- Provide administrative support, including answering phones, managing appointments, and assisting with paperwork.
- Process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate team members.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with sales-related tasks and tracking leads.
- Comfortable using basic office software (e.g., Google Suite).
